    You may change the setting online from time to time. If you want to receive paper statement / advice of any one of your accounts by post, please log on Personal e-Banking > Customer Services > Account Maintenance > Account List and Maintain e-Statement / e-Advice to update the setting. Please note that SimplyFund Account customer cannot resume receiving paper statement/ advice service as communications relating to SimplyFund Account is available in electronic form only.

  2. ii.

    The above information will be updated from time to time, please check periodically for the latest arrangement.

  3. iii.

    If you have registered the e-Statement / e-Advice for Integrated Account, you will receive the e-Advice by default when you set up MaxiInterest Investment Deposit or Capital Protected Investment Deposit.

  1. Square bracket 1

    If you have opted to receive e-Statement/e-Advice for any banking/card account(s)(except e-shopping Card, Club Marina Cove Membership Credit Card, Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card (Private Label Card), SuperCash Account, Supplementary Card which shares credit limit with its Principal Card, Statement Gold and Paper Gold Grain Account), any new banking/card account(s) will be preset to receive e-Statements / e-Advices by default and will be registered for the Service automatically.

  2. Square bracket 2

    If you have opted to receive e-Statement/e-Advice for any investment account(s) / investment account(s) under integrated account, any new investment account(s) / investment account(s) under integrated account will be set to receive e-Statements / e-Advices by default and will be registered for the Service automatically.

  3. Square bracket 3

    Share Margin Account only provides electronic version of investment transaction advice, daily statement, monthly statement and other securities / CD advice.

  4. Square bracket 4

    If you consent and register to receive Hang Seng Insurance e-Statement for any insurance account(s), it will be applied to all insurance policies under the same policyholder. Variation for individual insurance policy will not be allowed.

  5. Square bracket 5

    Hang Seng Insurance e-Statement Service is not available for all insurance policies purchased from Hang Seng Insurance's broker channel or the insurance policies of selected refundable types of products and investment-linked assurance plans purchased from all channels, you will receive the insurance policy annual statement or policy statement (where applicable) by post.     For new mortgage loan account(s) opened in the future, if you have registered Hang Seng Personal e-Banking before the loan drawdown date, your mortgage loan account(s) will be pre-set to receive e-Statements / e-Advices by default and will be registered for the Service automatically. Otherwise, you have to register for e-Statement / e-Advice for the mortgage loan account after registering Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.
