A: |
If your ORSO scheme is MPF exempt, your
own contributions are tax deductible subject to one of the following,

to pay if you contributed as a member to an MPF scheme
- The actual amount of contributions to the ORSO scheme
- HKD12,000 per year.

Q: |
Why are my last month's contributions
not shown in the contribution history? |
A: |
ORSO contributions are normally due for
payment on the last day of the next following month. For example, contributions
for October are due on the last day of November. As a result, your last
month's contributions may be still under processing, or are not due yet. |

Q: |
How are my contributions calculated? |
A: |
In general, ORSO contributions are calculated
based on your basic salary. The definition of 'salary' is specified in
your scheme rules. Please contact your employer for details since the
definition of 'salary' varies from scheme to scheme. |
